The Cerritos College Scholars Honors Program (SHP) provides a creative and challenging environment for academically qualified students. The programs offers  students the opportunity for intensive study that engages their analytical and creative thinking skills while they work closely with faculty mentors. There are many benefits to participation in the Cerritos College Scholars Honors Program, both tangible and intangible. These include scholarships to Colleges and Universities, off-campus activities with faculty and students, and, of course, academic growth. The SHP at Cerritos College is unique from other academic honors programs in that it offers students multiple ways to obtain Honors credit for the work they accomplish within their honors classes. For more information please visit the SHP Office (located in the Administration Quad), or, stop by my office in the Physical Science Building, Room A. You may also call me at (562) 860-2451 X2668.

Please take a moment to learn more about a few of the SHP students who have completed research projects for me in the Scholars Honors Program. To do that, all you need to do is click on their name.
