Accommodations for Faculty and Staff
In order for the
District, as employer, to make a reasonable accommodation—the employee must
file a request for accommodation with a medical statement which describes the
physical limitations which require accommodation. Then the District is
required to enter into an interactive discussion with the employee concerning
the functional limitations and determine an effective accommodation.
