California Senate Bill 105 

An act that amended Section 11135 of the Government Code, and

Sections 19050 and 19050.5 of, added Section 19054 to, and Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 19095)

to Part 1 of Division 10 of, the Welfare and Institutions Code, relating to human services.

Basically put SB105 stated that an entity receiving funding from the State of California will comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
