What is the purpose of the new Damage Limiter when importing estimates into CompleteShop?
The Damage Limiter limits the amount of damage that can be accepted into the repair order system so as not to book too many repair jobs in a given day.

What are some advantages of using the enhancement of Damage Profiles and Limiter?
The Damage Profiles allow users to view all of the work in the shop according to severity, and Limiters help CSW automatically determine which profile is most appropriate.
Using both Damage Profiles and setting up the Limiter to match a shops performance and workload, helps users schedule workflow more accurately, and work closer to capacity.
Insurance companies won't want to use the Cycle-Time calculations developed from these tools. They only want to count "Keys to Keys", without regard for problems out of the shop's control.
