How do the Eight Dates in the RO effect reports in CompleteShop? (In-Shop; Date Created; Date In; Date OP; Date Due; Date Cmplt; Date Out; Date Delivered)
Cycle-Time reports are based on the "In-Shop" Date as a starting point and the "Completion Date" as the stopping point. Incorrect dates skew (or distort) the reports.
Vehicles that have been delivered yet have not been "Dated-Out" are still showing in daily Schedule Reports and in Work in Progress (WIP). The delivered, but not Dated-Out vehicles do not show up in Sales Reports, likewise any money owed does not show up in Accounting Reports.
Dates are everything when it comes to Reports in CompleteShop. Without the correct dates in the RO, the reports become meaningless. In-Shop; Date Created; Date In; Date OP; Date Due; Date Cmplt; Date Out; Date Delivered.
All of the above.
If you forget how to generate a particular report, where can you go to get some help?
