How is the Calendar in CompleteShop accessed to view appointments?
Click on the File Drop-list on the CompleteShop Main Screen, click on Calendar, select desired month by clicking the arrows to the right and left of the month and year listed.

What is the meaning of the different colors on the Calendar?
Red is for late appointments or appointments that are behind. Yellow is for vehicles almost ready to be delivered, Blue is for vehicles in staging, and Green is for vehicles ready to go.
Red is for scheduled estimates. Yellow is for Repair Orders that do not have the vehicle marked "In Shop" yet. Blue is for vehicles in Staging, or not ready to be worked on yet. Green is the scheduled delivery date.
