Stanley Behrens Foundation - $5,000

Have a family income that can not exceed $90,000 annually

Be highly motivated to succeed and be involved in charity or
community affairs

Plan to attend UC Irvine for the upcoming year

While attending UCI, must donate 90 hours each school year
helping charity of her/his choice, maintain a 3.0 GPA, work no more than
12-15 hours per week during school, attend a comprehensive career
counseling session in the field of interest after the first school year
at UCI, and meet with Foundation mentors 3-4 times per year to obtain
assistance in assessing progress and meeting goals.

If the student meets the goals in the first year, the
scholarship will be renewed the next year. The Foundation at the end of
each
school year will review the students records and approve or deny the grant
for each succeeding year for a total of 2 years.
Final selection will be made by the end of April. Deadline
is March 15. 2006
