The vendor will be responsible for setting up the system for the evaluation and for picking up the system upon completion of the evaluation.

As technology advances, it is understood that new, improved or enhanced versions of products may supersede the existing products originally set forth in this specification in both price and performance and yet be essentially similar.  To address the rapid advances in technology, this specification allows new, improved or enhanced versions of the specified products that may be introduced during the bid/agreement term to be included under the general umbrella of compatible products and as such shall be eligible for purchase under this bid/agreement.  The District shall have the sole decision in determining whether or not the new product is an equal to the one originally specified.
