PAA screen shots:

Step for Windows NT users: Student enters their Student ID Number (for example: 200000)
Step 1: All positive attendance classes (that the student is enrolled in) are displayed. The first course in the list is selected as the default. The student can change their selected class during their session by clicking on another course in the list.
Step 2: Once you have selected your course, click on the 'start working' button.
Upon clicking this button, the program is minimized to allow the student to use the computer.
Step 3: To change courses or logoff the computer, the student clicks the PAA button on the task bar. The PAA application now appears. The student can now either select another course or click the 'Logoff Computer' button.
Below are some messages that may appear:
If they click "No" to the above message, the student will be returned to the message that encourages them to check with the Lab Attendant. Otherwise, their duration will be recorded.
Other Notes:
When a student is enrolled into a new course, or drops a course, it will not be updated into PAA until the next day.
Even when a generic login is used with a lab, the student should still enter their own User ID into PAA whenever possible.
