General Information

The campus
network consists of approximately 3,800 Switched 100 Mbps Ethernet ports
using equipment purchased from Cisco.
There are about 2,000 active personal computers and Macintosh computers on
the Cerritos College campus network. Other connections are for
printers, servers, other devices, and future growth.
Internet connectivity is via a DS3 to CENIC. CENIC is a
joint venture between the California State University Network Operations
Center and the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
The campus e-mail server is Microsoft Exchange.
Student user accounts are available to all currently enrolled students.
Accounts are automatically created by Information Technology and are deleted
at the end of each term.
