Guidelines for building computer images
1. Custom install Windows (No upgrades)
          a. Disable Windows Messaging
          b. Disable alerter
2. Install latest NIC driver
3. Install latest video driver
4. Install latest audio driver
5. Install latest OS service pack
6. Acrobat Reader (if v5 was installed, uninstall 1st, then install v7)
           a. Remove Acrobat desktop icon
7. QVT (Alpha Connection)
8. Run Windows Updates
9. Custom Install latest Internet Explorer (Outlook Express, Media Player, Web Folders)
            a. Unselect languages
            b. Run wizard setup (verify icon is gone)
            c. Set default web page to www.cerritos.edu 
            d. Run SP-X
10. Custom install latest Office 2003 version disk 1 (select all options)
11. Front Page 2003
12. Run Office, Front Page, & Publisher updates http://office.microsoft.com/OfficeUpdate/default.aspx
13. Install Virus Enterprise Scan Software
14. Update the dat files & setup defaults
15. TCP/IP Printing (LPR Port)
16. Quicktime
17. NetMeeting
18. Zoom Text
19. Add additional software for your image
20. System and application Log events file properties set to "overwrite events as needed"
21. Power savings (monitor & hard disk auto-off)
22. Create local user for GST called "tech"
23. Remove last user "logged-in"
24. Add permissions for Iomega Zip
25. Connect to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to apply Windows updates one more time
26. Create an Image document and name for the Ghost image (See document on naming Convention)
27. Create a folder named "image" on the C drive and add your image document to the newly created folder
28. Install Deep Freeze Enterprise in lab environments (see Harry for special instructions if prior versions of Deep Freeze are on the image)
29. Install & Configure SYSPREP in lab environments
