Financial Aid Wins Food Drive Contest Again
The Food Drive Contest was a great success. Financial Aid won the contest for the third time in a row, collecting 1,071 food items. Disabled Student Programs and Services came in second with 412 food items. With a total of 3,076 food items collected, the College can feed nearly 200 students.
“What a wonderful thing for our students who are in need,” said Health, Fitness/Wellness Professor Carrie Edwards. “The campus community’s generosity will help our students stay focused on their studies and relieve some stress from instability and hunger.”
