Film Student Wins Award at Final Cut Pro Global Summit

Thirteen film students attended the Final Cut Pro Global Summit at the Universal City Hilton Hotel. The unique event is where the Apple power users and Final Cut Pro professionals come together to learn and discuss their craft, featuring a full-day program that includes interactive learning, panel discussions, case studies, competitions, and certification prep courses. Student Roberto Hoyos won the 24-hour completion category in which participants shoot and edit a short film in 24 hours. He will be attending the week-long Post-Production World Conference at NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) 2023 in Las Vegas in April.
