Falcon Games bring campus community together
This year, the Falcon Games featured a friendly employee vs. student kickball match on April 19. The employee team won! Congratulations to all the participants, volunteers, and supporters from both students and employees. Thank you to the volunteers and the Inter-Club Council for hosting pre-game activities and offering free food and snacks.
Puente celebrates life and legacy of Cesar Chavez
The Puente Program hosted a special event on April 19 to celebrate the life of Cesar Chavez, the former UFW Leader. The event featured an engaging presentation by Roberto Alcaraz, an assistant professor of theatre at CSULA. Alcaraz's interactive storytelling and musical performance inspired a house full of students. The event was a great success, giving the students a deeper understanding of Chavez's legacy in advocacy and organized labor.
