Orientation is not required, but it is highly recommended for students who are taking their first online class or are unfamiliar with Course Compass and Black Board. Inside the Kit is a code with instructions for signing into the Lab for the very first time. After signing in for the first time you will be logging into the Lab by visiting www.coursecompass.com. Textbooks are required course materials. Each student registered in the course MUST purchase their own copy of the textbook and register with MyPoliSciLab to receive full access and credit for course assignments.

You may begin activating immediately. The last day to activate is Sept. 8, 2008. Students who have previously purchased access but did not complete the course with a passing grade (regardless of the reason) may be able to use their previous account based on my discretion.
