        This is a broad, based introductory study of Geology.  It will include a brief section on the Universe and the origin of the Solar System.  It will also include sections on rocks and minerals; volcanoes, earthquakes, and global plate tectonics; geologic time; water, ice, and deserts; mass wasting and coastal processes; mineral resources; and weather and climate.
