1. 3 Typed Pages
   1. 8 ½ x 11 (White Paper)
   2. 10-12 Point Font Size
   3. Double Space
   4. Times New Roman or other font with serif
   5. One staple in upper left corner, no binding or paper clips
   6. Pagination on bottom right corner
   7. No Cover Page
2. Upper Left Corner (Single space for this section only, the rest of the report is double spaced)
   1. Please include in the following order:

                                                              i.      Name

                                                            ii.      Mus… (T/TH or M/W)

                                                          iii.      Concert Report (1 or 2)

                                                          iv.      Date

3. First Paragraph(s)
   1. Who, When, Where, What
   2. Opinion about the concert related to elements of music (rhythm, melody, instrumentation, form, lyrics, dynamics, etc.)
4. Middle Paragraph(s)
   1. Elaborate on your opinion

                                                              i.      Please include specifics about the overall set when describing the elements and your subsequent opinion

5. Concluding Paragraph(s)
   1. Describe some of your favorite artists and explain how this concert relates to your listening preferences (First Report)
   2. Compare this concert with your first report (Second Report)
6. Lastly
   1. Title your report, italicize and center your title above the first paragraph of the report
