General information of terms in the various lab books.

• Main textbook (big blue book):

  • When you see USERID in the labs substitute OPR00xx, where xx is the specific number assigned to you for your user profile.
  • When you see USERLIB substitute OPR00xx for your library.
  • When you see UserOutQ substitute OPROUTQ.
  • Never use USERxx for the name of anything.
  • The term "your library" refers to your OPR00xx library, which was created for you and assigned to your user profile.
     

• iNav textbook (small book):
   

• Please reference the link from the previous page for the revised lab assignments using iSeries Navigator.
• To do the assignment in this book you need to copy objects referenced to your library (OPR00xx).
• The master library for this book is SWLBAS.
• Copy all of the objects in the SWLBAS library to your library (OPR00xx)
• When the book refers to your "work library" it is referring to your OPR00xx library.
