Due to the fires in Southern California over the
week, the Cerritos College football game against
Saddleback College scheduled for Saturday night has
been cancelled. As a result of the poor air quality,
the Gauchos have not been able to practice, while
Saddleback College will be shut down until Monday,
October 29. The game was also going to be the
Falcons annual Homecoming Game.
It has been
announced by the college’s Student Activities Office
that the judging of the floats will go as planned,
while the coronation of the Homecoming Queen will
take place at the luncheon following the judging.
No other campus athletic events
will be affected. |
