| Made 15 appearances last
season, all in relief… Posted a 1-0 record with
a 4.03 ERA in 22.1 innings of work… Had several
solid outings in the latter part of the season
and assumed the role of the stopper… In a win
against Mt. San Antonio College, he went 2 2/3
innings and allowed just one earned run and
struck out two to pick up the win… Longest
appearance was four innings in a loss to Santa
Ana College… Attended Orange Coast College two
years ago, but did not play baseball… Was a 2nd
Team All-Century League selection as a senior in
high school… Batted .317 as a senior after
hitting .300 his junior year… Played two years
of baseball and one year of football in high
school… Most memorable moment was when he went
2-for-3 with a home run and double against El
Dorado High… Would like to transfer any school
that will offer him a scholarship… Nicknamed
“Bode”… Has one sibling – Katrina (15)… Is the
son of Don and Kathy Bodewig… Born in Fountain
Valley, CA on October 4, 1986….. |
