John Glenn HS:
Named 2nd Team All-Suburban League as
a senior after batting .436… Spent two years on
the baseball team and three on the basketball
team… Earned all-league honors as a senior on
the basketball team and averaged 20 points and
10 rebounds a game…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he went 3-for-4
with three doubles in a CIF Playoff game against
Costa Mesa High and when he scored 30 points and
pulled down 11 rebounds in a basketball game
against La Mirada High… Would like to transfer
to either the University of California-Berkeley
or Cal State Long Beach and aspires to be an
engineer… Likes to collect baseball cards in his
spare time… Nicknamed “AD”… Has three siblings –
Andrew (21), Arlene (16) and Myra (13)… Is the
son of Jose and Yolanda Gomez… Born in Artesia,
CA on January 5, 1990….. |
