Cerritos (2009):
Named 2nd Team All-South Coast
Conference… Started all 44 games (32 in center
field) and batted .352 on the year with 24 RBI
and 14 stolen bases… Was third on the team with
45 runs scored and committed just two errors in
the outfield to go along with eight outfield
assists… Had 15 multiple-hit games, which
included a 6-for-6 game against Oxnard College,
which tied the school record and marked the
first time since 2004 the feat was accomplished…
Had a nine game hitting streak from March
31-April 16 where he went 16-for-42 (.381)… The
six-hit game came one game after his hitting
streak ended… Also went 4-for-5 against Los
Angeles Harbor College and drove in a
season-high five runs against Long Beach City
College…..
Rocklin HS:
Attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo but did not
play baseball… Helped his team to the Section
Championship as a senior and batted .505 on the
year… Also named his team’s Offensive Most
Valuable Player and was a 1st Team
All-Metro pick… Voted his team’s Offensive MVP
as a sophomore and freshman… Also spent three
years on the soccer team and led them to the
Section Championship his senior season…..
Personal:
Would like to transfer to either UCLA or Cal
State Long Beach and study to be a graphic
designer… Likes to listen to music in his spare
time… Nicknamed “Mayo”… Has one sibling –
Jonathan (23)… Is the son of Art and Carolyn
Mayoral… Born in Whittier, CA on November 27,
