Caught four passes for 47 yards last
season, including two for 14 yards against Long Beach
City College… Had a season-long 28-yard reception
against West Los Angeles College… Was used primarily as
a blocker… Spent time on the football, basketball,
baseball and track and field teams in high school… As a
junior, he was named his team’s Defensive Lineman of the
Year… While on the baseball team as a freshman, he was
voted their Most Valuable Player… Most memorable moment
was when he caught three passes for 87 yards against
Bellflower High his junior year… Would like to transfer
to Washington State University… Is studying to be a
physical therapist… Likes to play video games in his
spare time… His uncle Karl played for the Atlanta
Falcons… Nicknamed “Beasie”… Has three siblings –
Michael (22), Jerynn (17) and Tre (13)… Is the son of
Michael and Trayce Brooks… Born in Compton, CA on
January 14, 1987….. |
