Recorded 16 tackles last year, which
included a season-high five unassisted stops against
West Los Angeles College… Spent three years on both the
football and track teams in high school… Earned 1st
Team All-Suburban League honors as a senior after being
voted his team’s Best Defensive Back as a junior… Earned
his team’s Leadership Award as a senior… Was a four-time
league champion in the 110-meter high hurdles and the
high jump and ran a leg of the 400-meter relay team,
while he also won the long jump three times… Was the
league champion in the 110-meter high hurdles as a
freshman… Track coach was former Falcon football player
Lou Porch… Most memorable moment was when he picked off
a pass in the final seconds of a game and ran it back
for a touchdown… Would like to transfer to the
University of Oregon, Oregon State University,
California-Berkeley, San Diego State University, Arizona
State University or the University of Arizona… Aspires
to be a fire chief… Likes to play video games in his
spare time… Speaks fluent Spanish… Is the younger
brother of teammate Dean… Nicknamed “The Show”… Is the
son of Al and Adelaida Rodriguez… Born in Roatan,
Honduras on December 5, 1986….. |
