Joining the coaching staff for his first season, Coach Schlemmer has a solid background in the coaching field with 15 seasons of experience. Schlemmer is a believer in fundamentals and will work with all of the defensive front positions. His playing career including being a two-year starter at Tustin High and was an all-league selection as a senior. He got an early start on his coaching career, but joining the staff immediately and spent four years there before moving on the Santa Ana Valley High for the next two seasons. He then returned to Tustin High as a varsity assistant before accepting a job at Columbia Heights School in Minnesota. After six years on their staff, Schlemmer and his family moved back to California.

                Coach Schlemmer is in private business and resides in Tustin with his wife Kara and children Nick, Katie, Joseph and Samantha.
