Was a red-shirt…..
South Gate HS:
Named 1st Team All-Eastern League his
senior year after recording 82 tackles and two
quarterback sacks… Helped his team reach the 3A
City Championship game… Finished with 23 tackles
as a junior… Also spent two seasons on the track
and field team…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he had 13 tackles
against Los Angeles Poly HS… Likes to work out
in his spare time… His brother Sergio (21)
played one year of baseball at Cal State Long
Beach… Has three other siblings – Christopher
(14), Israel (8) and Armando (4)… Is the son of
Armando and Patricia Cervantes… Born in Los
Angeles, CA on September 9, 1987….. |
