Cerritos (2006): Pulled in six passes for 47 yards and two touchdowns… Missed the last two games due to an injury… Caught a seven-yard touchdown pass against Saddleback College and an 18-yarder against West Los Angeles College…

Los Alamitos HS: Was an All-Sunset League selection as a senior… Helped team to league championship and advanced to the CIF championship game as a junior… Spent three years on the football team and two on the basketball team… Basketball team won the CIF Championship his senior year… Played basketball for former Falcon player and assistant coach Russ May…

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he had five catches for 115 yards and two touchdowns against Carson High and when the basketball team won the CIF championship his senior year… Would like to transfer to the University of Oregon and aspires to be in business marketing… Likes to work out in his spare time… Nicknamed “Big Leroy”… Has three siblings – Ivan (20), Brooke (17) and Evan (17)… Is the son of Bruce and Marianne Pettys… Born in Long Beach, CA on March 2, 1988…..
