Saw action in seven games and finished second on
the team with 222 rushing yards in 38 carries
(5.8 avg.), while he scored two touchdowns… Due
to several injuries, he saw the great majority
of his time in the season finale against
Pasadena City College… Rushed 33 times for 159
yards and a score, while his other 63 yards and
one touchdown came in the game before against
Mt. San Antonio College… Did not see any action
prior to the last two games of the year… Broke
off a season-high 43-yard run against Mt. SAC…

Named his school’s Athlete of the Year his
senior season… Was voted 2nd Team
All-Trinity League and his team’s Defensive
Player of the Year after recording 65 tackles
with three interceptions… In his junior season,
he was an All-Serra League Honorable Mention
choice and was voted his team’s Defensive Player
of the Year… Earned the Coaches Award as a
freshman and sophomore… Also spent three years
on the basketball team…..

Most memorable moment was when he had 12 tackles
and an interception against Corona Santiago
High… Also carried the ball six times for 54
yards in the game… Is related to Ralph Nelson,
who played for the Washington Redskins… Likes to
play video games and basketball in his spare
