Cerritos (2007): Selected 1^st Team All-Mission Conference National Division… Was available to play at linebacker, but spent the entire year at tight end… Caught eight passes for 93 yards and one touchdown and was a superb blocker all year… Had a 14-yard touchdown reception against Golden West College, while he pulled in three passes for 55 yards against Riverside College…..

Norwalk HS: Named the school’s Athlete of the Year as a senior… Was a two-time 2^nd Team All-Suburban League selection in football…  Also earned 1^st Team all-league honors in volleyball and basketball his senior year… Chosen 2^nd Team all-league in track and a junior and helped them to the league championship as a sophomore… Spent three years on the football team and four years on the basketball team… Also spent one year on the track and field and volleyball teams…..
