Cerritos (2007):
Caught four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown…
His touchdown reception came in the first game
of the year against Compton College… Had two
catches for 34 yards against Pasadena City in
the season finale…..
La Mirada HS:
Pulled in 47 passes for 860 yards as a senior
and was named to the Press Telegram Dream
Team… Also selected 1st Team All-Area
and 1st Team All-Suburban League…
Carried the ball 16 times for 150 yards and
recorded 16 tackles and two interceptions on
defense… Did not play his junior year… Had 48
catches for 664 yards and five scores as a
sophomore to earn All-Area and all-league
honors… Pulled in 52 passes for 450 yards as a
freshman and was named the team’s Most Valuable
Player, while they also won the league title…
Also played basketball and was a 2nd
Team all-league selection as a sophomore…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he had 12 catches
for 197 yards and two touchdowns against
Cerritos High his sophomore year… Also included
a key fourth down catch in overtime his
sophomore year in the CIF Playoffs to help beat
Bonita High… Would like to transfer to any
Division I school… Father played football at
Colorado State University… Likes to play
basketball and football in his spare time, along
with playing with his son, Esaiah… Nicknamed
“J-Rob”… Has six siblings – Gilbert (21),
Charles (17), Marina (15), Marcellus (14),
Tremaan (12) and Max (1)… Is the son of Orlando
Robbins and Angelina Madrid… Born in La Palma,
CA on June 16, 1989….. |
