Mayfair HS: As a senior, he was named the Suburban League Offensive Lineman of the Year, 2^nd Team All-State, as well as All-CIF and 1^st Team all-league… Also selected to the Press Telegram Dream Team and voted into the Lakewood Youth Hall of Fame… Was invited to play in two all-star games and was named to the Alga Foundation All-Star team… Spent three years on the football team…..
