On the strength of their 44-9 win at West Los Angeles College on Saturday, the Cerritos College football team held onto the #3 ranking in Southern California, according to the CCCAA/CCCFCA poll that was released on Tuesday. The Falcons (4-0) will now host #6-ranked Saddleback College (3-1), who moved up one spot after their 49-20 win over Victor Valley College last week.

 

    Cerritos, which is a member of the Northern Division National Conference, will get a bye after Saturday's game at Falcon Stadium at 7:00 p.m. and then start conference play on October 16. As for the Gauchos, they are members of the National Division Central Conference.
