Joining the Cerritos College coaching staff for his first season is William Branch. A local product who played basketball at Gahr High School from 1989-92, Branch then moved on to Bethune-Cookman University, where he played from 1994-95. Upon completing his collegiate career, he played in the Summer Pro League at Cal State Long Beach from 1996-2000.

    Branch started his coaching career in 1996 when he coached the California Running Rebels, a semi-pro team for three years. Then, from 2005-06, Branch was an assistant coach on the varsity team and junior varsity head coach at Duarte High.
