Served as a red-shirt…..
Moreno Valley HS:
Averaged 18.5 points and 5.7 rebounds a game as
a senior and was selected All-County and 2nd
Team All-CIF… Voted the team’s Most Valuable
Player and was selected to the All-Tournament
team at the Brea-Olinda Tournament… Scored a
career-high 42 points in a game his junior year
and averaged 21 points and 8.2 rebounds on the
year… Was a 2nd Team All-CIF and
All-Country choice, while he was also his team’s
MVP… Named to the All-Tournament Team at the
Beaumont Tournament… Helped the team to a 23-9
record as a junior and the team reached the 2nd
round of the CIF Playoffs… Selected the team’s
Most Improved Player his sophomore year when he
averaged 10 points and five rebounds a game…..
Personal:
Most memorable moments are when he scored 42
points against Corona Santiago High and when his
team defeated Compton High in the 1st
Round of the CIF Playoffs his junior season… Is
working on a minor in English and would like to
transfer to UC Riverside… Likes to work out and
hang out with friends in his spare time… His
brother Aaron (19) is a sophomore on the San
Bernardino Valley College basketball team…
Nicknamed “Big Will”… Has two other siblings –
Dontra (20) and Domonique (16)… Is the son of
Willie Edwards and Lynn Fudge… Born in Long
Beach, CA on January 30, 1989….. |
