Another excellent defender who earned 1^st Team All-South Coast Conference… Finished second in the conference’s Player of the Year voting… Also saw time at midfield and two goals with four assists in 25 games… Scored a second-half goal in a win over El Camino College with his second goal coming in a win against Compton College… Registered an assist in a loss to Pasadena City after a fine corner kick led to a goal… Spent four years on the soccer team in high school, three years on the football team and two seasons on the track team… As a senior, he helped the soccer team win the Eastern League championships, as well as the City championship… Scored five goals as a senior, which was his career high… Named 1^st Team All-League, 1^st Team All-CIF and 1^st Team All-City as a senior after earning 1^st Team All-League and 2^nd Team All-CIF his junior year… Named 1^st Team All-League as a sophomore and was a 1^st Team All-League selection on the junior varsity team his freshman year… Was also a two-time 1^st Team All-League selection in football and was named 1^st Team All-City his senior and sophomore seasons… In his freshman year, he was voted the Special Teams Player of the Year… Booted 50 field goals in his high school career… Most memorable moment was when he assisted on the first goal in South Gate High’s history in a City championship game, when they defeated Fremont High… Would like to transfer to UC Irvine, Cal State Dominguez Hills, UC Berkeley or Cal State Fullerton… Along with his father, his uncles and cousins all played soccer… Likes to play video games in his spare time… Has three siblings – Mayra (27), Ernesto (21) and Lizbeth (9)… Is the son of Antonio and Maria Pulido… Born in Lynwood, CA on February 25, 1987…..
