Cerritos (2008):
Named 2nd Team All-South Coast
Conference… Played in 20 games and scored seven
goals with four assists… His seven goals and 18
points were fourth on the team… Missed the first
part of the season due to an injury… Had several
scoring chances in the state championship game,
but was turned away… Became one of the team’s
most aggressive offensive players as the season
progressed… Displayed that in the playoffs
against Pasadena City College, as he fought off
three players to send a pass that resulted in a
goal… Had a goal in the team’s 5-4 comeback win
over Mt. San Antonio College… Recorded a goal
and assists in a win over Los Angeles Harbor
College, while adding a goal in a win over ECC
Compton Center… Scored a goal in three straight
games early in the year…..
Santa Monica College:
Attended Santa Monica College but did not play
soccer…..
Hamilton HS:
Named the team’s Most Valuable Player all four
years and was the CIF Southern Division Player
of the Year three seasons in a row… Chosen the
Senior All-Star Player of the Game… Scored 27
goals as a senior after setting the new school
record with 31 goals his junior season… Tallied
24 goals his sophomore season… Attended
Westchester High as a freshman and led them with
18 goals…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he was named the
All-Star Game MVP against the Valley Team when
he scored the game-winning goal in the 73rd
minute… Would like to transfer to any Division I
school… Is related to Regis Zoleko, who played
professional soccer in Italy… Likes to cook and
travel in his spare time… Nicknamed “The Beast”…
Has two siblings – Christelle (29) and Kevin
(25)… Is the son of Boniface Tsobnang… Born in
Yaounde, Cameroon on March 15, 1987….. |
