Cerritos Swimming (2007): Earned the team’s Scholar-Athlete Award… Swam a leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that came in fifth place in the South Coast Conference Championships… Finished sixth in the conference championships in the 200-yard butterfly… Also competed in the 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard IM…..

Cerritos Water Polo (2007): Saw action in seven games and scored two goals with five assists and six steals… Scored a goal, with two assists and three steals against Los Angeles Trade-Tech College and also had a goal and steal against Whittier College….. 

Cerritos Water Polo (2006): Appeared in 15 games and scored seven goals with eight assists and 22 steals… Had his best game of the season in the South Coast Conference Tournament against Los Angeles Trade-Tech College… Scored a season-high four goals and recorded a season-best eight steals… Chipped in with two assists in the game… Had four steals and a season-high three assists against El Camino College… Also registered four steals against Santa Monica College and in another game against LA Trade-Tech…..

Cerritos HS: Spent four years on the swimming team and helped lead them to four straight San Gabriel Valley League titles and went undefeated each year… Helped lead the water polo to the San Gabriel Valley League championship his senior year after finishing in second place the previous two seasons… Team posted a 28-3 record as a senior…

Personal: Would like to transfer to either UC San Diego or UC Santa Barbara…. Is the son of Hien and Trung Nguyen… Born in Los Angeles, CA on April 26, 1988…..
