Named 1st Team All-South
Coast Conference as a freshman… Won the conference
singles championship last year, defeating his
brother, Jeffrey… Went 17-2 on the year in singles
play, which included an 11-1 record in the #2 spot…
He and his brother also teamed up as the #1 doubles
team and lost in the conference championship… They
compiled a 20-2 record on the season… Named his high
school’s Athlete of the Year as a senior after
earning their Junior Athlete of the Year honors the
year before with his twin brother… Helped his team
to consecutive San Gabriel Valley League
championships and an undefeated season… Was his
team’s Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior…
Reached the quarter-finals in doubles at the Ojai
Tournament as a senior after advancing to the
quarter-finals in the CIF Championships as a junior
with his brother… Spent his first two years of high
school in Thailand… Would like to transfer to Cal
Poly Pomona and aspires to be a pilot… His sister,
Ashley, was a member of the women’s team two seasons
ago… Enjoys being on the computer in his spare time…
Answers to the nicknamed “Jackie”… Is the son of
Prawit and Amy Buddahpojana… Born in Bangkok,
Thailand on June 12, 1987….. |
