Cerritos (2008):
Went 15-7 in singles play, but experienced the
majority of his success teaming with Doug
Edwards in doubles play… Teamed with Edwards to
win the SCC doubles championship, while the two
went on to become the first Falcons doubles team
to advance to the state championship match… The
duo, who was ranked #4 in the state, pulled off
several exciting wins, including a three-set
marathon in the state semi-finals to reach the
championship match… The lack of rest between
matches affected them, and they were defeated in
the finals… Edwards and Wall went 27-5 on the
year…In singles action, Wall went 5-0 in the #5
position and was one of four Falcons to advance
to the quarterfinals of the conference singles
championship…
Lakewood HS:
Team won the Moore League championship his
junior and senior years… They advanced to the
Division III quarterfinals his senior year after
reaching the finals his junior season… Had a
93-3 record in singles as a senior after posting
a 90-7 record as a junior… Was a member of the
#1 doubles team in the league, while he was
named all-league as a senior… Also received the
Sportsmanship and Coaches Award… Won the singles
and doubles league championship as a junior and
garnered the Coaches Award… Helped the team come
in second place his sophomore season, while
being named all-league in doubles as a sophomore
and freshman… Spent four years on the tennis
team and was on the cross country team his
freshman year…..
Personal:
Is working on a minor in business administration
and would like to transfer to Pt. Loma Nazarene
University… Likes to compete in sports in his
spare time… Nicknamed “Nosaj”… Has one brother –
