North Torrance HS: Helped his team to the Pioneer League Championship as a senior and led them to the CIF Championships… Specialized in the 100 meters (10.9), 200 meters 922.4) and 400 meters (51.9)… Competed in all of those events as a junior and ran the 100 and 200 his sophomore year… Selected his team’s Most Valuable Player and earned an Athlete of the Month award as a junior… Named their Most Inspirational his sophomore season…..
