Cerritos Track & Field (2009): Advanced to the Southern California Championships in the 5000 meters and 10,000 meters… Placed third in the South Coast Conference Championships in both the 5000 meters with a personal best time of 15:50.30, and in the 10,000 meters with a personal best time of 34:47.46… Also ran the 3000 meters (9:35.22) and 1500 meters (4:38.40)…..

Cerritos Cross Country (2009): Placed 111^th at the State Championships after a 19^th place finish at the Southern California Championships… Helped the team place 10^th at the State Championships, sixth in the Southern California Championships and third in the South Coast Conference Championships… Came in 20^th place at the conference championships… Also placed ninth at the UC San Diego Opener…..

Cerritos Cross Country (2008): Came in 70^th place at the State Championships after finishing in 34^th place at the Southern California Championships… Helped the team come in third place in the South Coast Conference Championships by finishing seventh…..

Valencia HS: Finished second in the Empire League Championships as a senior on the cross country teams with a time of 15:19, while his personal best time of 15:18 his junior year put him in third place in the league championships and seventh in Orange County… Helped his team win the CIF Championship during his sophomore year, while they won the league title his junior and senior seasons… Named the Most Valuable Player of the frosh/soph team… Was also a member of the track and field team and specialized in the 2-mile race…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when his cross country team won the CIF Division II Championship… Would like to transfer to UC Riverside… Likes to run in his spare time… Born in Mexico on January 23, 1990…..
