Cerritos Track & Field (2009): Advanced to the Southern California Prelims in the 100 meters after finishing sixth at the South Coast Conference Championships… Posted a season-best time of 11.01 at the prelims… Also ran the 200 meters (22.53) and 400 meters (56.24)…..

Bellflower HS: Placed second in the Suburban League finals in both the 100 meters and a member of the 4x100 meter relay team his senior season… It marked his first year ever on a track team… Was also on the football team as a senior…..
