Cerritos HS: Named the Suburban League Most Valuable Player as a senior after also earning the team’s MVP and Outstanding Sprinter awards… Won the league championship in the 100 meters as a senior after winning the 100 meters, 200 meters and ran a leg of the 400-meter and 1600-meter relay teams his junior year… Selected the team’s MVP award that season, as well as the team’s Outstanding Sprinter of the Year….
