Was a two-time 1^st Team All-Del Rio League selection and was voted his team’s Most Valuable Player both seasons… Recorded 136 goals as a senior after accounting for 115 goals his junior year… In addition to spending three seasons on the water polo team, he was on the swimming team for three years… Was coached in both sports by former Falcon Joel Francisco… Named 1^st Team All-League and was his team’s Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior… Most memorable moment was when he scored seven goals in a game and was named the Los Angeles Times Player of the Day… Is working on a minor in photography and would like to transfer to the University of Santa Cruz… Father played football at Cantwell High… Likes to watch movies in his spare time… Nicknamed “AJ”… Has one sibling – Honesti… Is the son of Armando Abrego and Debra Velasco… Born on May 28, 1988…..
