Was a red-shirt last year… Has put on 25 pounds since his freshman year… As a senior in high school, he was named the Almont League Most Valuable Player, as well as earning 1st Team All-League and was voted his team’s Player of the Year… Selected the San Gabriel All-Star MVP… In his junior year, he helped lead his team to the CIF Division III championship, while also being named the league’s MVP and 1st Team All-CIF… Was also chosen 1st Team All-League that season… Team won the league title his sophomore year and he was voted their MVP as a freshman… Played for Sergio Macias, who is now the Falcon women’s water polo and swimming coach… Would like to transfer to either USC or UCLA and study to be a teacher… Has two brothers – Luis (22) and Miguel (12)… Is the son of Joana Barragan… Born in Los Angeles, CA on January 2, 1987…..
