La Habra HS: Named to the North County All-Star Team… Tried out for the USA National Team… Helped his team win the Freeway League championship as a sophomore and junior… Was a 2^nd Team all-league and All-CIF Honorable Mention selection as a junior… Spent three years on both the water polo and swimming teams… Won the league championship in the 500-yard freestyle…..
