Served as a red-shirt…..
Cerritos Swimming (2009):
Placed ninth in the 200-yard backstroke and 10th
in the 100-yard backstroke at the South Coast
Conference Championships… Also competed in the
500-yard freestyle, 200-yard IM and 100-yard
freestyle during the season…..
Oakhurst HS:
High school is located in the Yosemite Unified
School District… Was a three-time 1st
Team North Sierra League selection… Spent four
years on the water polo and swimming teams…
Posted a personal best time in the 100-yard
backstroke (1:05.0) and individual medley
(2:24.0)…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when his team defeated
Bullard High in double overtime… Would like to
transfer to UC Irvine… Aspires to be a surgeon…
Likes to go surfing in his spare time… Is the
son of Jerry and Angela Moons… Born in
