high school… Was a two-time Scholar-Athlete… Named 1st
Team All-Suburban League as a senior after earning 2nd
Team honors her junior season… Named the team’s Best
Offensive Hitter as a senior… Team came in second
place in the league and lost in the first round of
the CIF Playoffs… As a sophomore, she was voted her
team’s Most Valuable Player, Team Captain, Best
Offensive Hitter and Best Defender… Also played on
the volleyball team… Most memorable moment was when
she went 7-for-8 in a doubleheader against Lakewood
High her senior year and also got to play the season
with her younger sister, Natalie (15)… Majoring in
medical assistance… All of her siblings play sports…
Likes to play sports, go shopping, hanging out with
friends, eating and sleeping in her spare time…
Nicknamed “Chola” and “Dino”… Has two other siblings
– Jay (13) and Jacob (4)… Is the daughter of Juan
and Elizabeth Garcia… Born in Bellflower, CA on
