Gahr HS: Spent four years on the softball team… Batted .321 her senior year after an injury-shortened junior year where she hit .332… Struck out only three times in her high school career… Named 2^nd Team All-CIF as a sophomore after hitting .356, while she batted .452 her freshman season and was named the San Gabriel Valley League Most Valuable Player… Also chosen 1^st Team All-CIF…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she drove in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning to win a game and when she hit two home runs in a game… Would like to transfer to the University of Oregon… Her cousin, Monique Mejia, played softball at UCLA from 2000-03… Enjoys going to MLB games in her spare time… Nicknamed “Nani”… Has one brother – Ruben… Is the daughter of Ruben and Helen Mejia… Born in La Palma, CA on September 16, 1993…..
