help them in their quest for a
post-season bid. But Pasadena City had
too many weapons and posted a 25-23,
25-12, 25-22 win over Cerritos. The team
is now 12-7 overall and 9-5 in
conference play with just two matches

toward Southern California Regional
Playoff implications. After the Falcons
captured the first game against the
Mounties, 25-13, everything went
downhill from there, as Mt. San Antonio

El Camino to four games
The Cerritos
College volleyball team has shown so far
during the season that they are a very
improved team. But in their South Coast
Conference home match against El Camino
College on Wednesday night, the Falcons
found out why the Warriors are the
two-time defending stats champions.
Cerritos (5-3, 2-1) did drop a 15-25,
26-24, 12-25, 20-25 decision, but fought
El Camino (13-0, 3-0) until the final
point was scored. On numerous occasions,
